Shipping rates and policies

We ship orders, always, after payment confirmation. The delivery time will be a maximum of 10 working days for Dualbix equipment and accessories, depending on the destination population and the chosen payment method. In the event of product unavailability, our customer service team will contact you to provide a solution and inform you of the delivery time once the product is available. Please, check that the details of your order are all correct, in case the delivery cannot be made due to a failure in the address / postal code, the customer assumes the costs of re-dispatch / return. Shipping types:

National: the delivery time of shipments is from 24h to 48h (business days) depending on the destination city and the selected transport company.

International: the delivery time of shipments will be a maximum of 15 days.

National shipments: free shipping costs

International shipments: will have an amount of € 15 shipping costs

Payment methods

At Dualbix we accept these means of payment for orders:

Payment by credit or debit card.This form of payment is immediate, comfortable and secure. Through the secure SSL connection, you connect to Stripe, so that the bank details are transmitted directly and Dualbix will not receive these details or have access to them. This payment method has a commission of 1.4% of the total purchase.

Payment by bank transfer.You will be provided with the details of the bank account where you must enter the purchase amount. Indicating as Concept the order number. If you choose this payment method, you should be aware that the order will be processed when the payment is confirmed by the bank, usually within 24/48 hours. If you want to speed up this process, you can send us proof of the transfer to We keep the transfer orders active for five calendar days. After that time, if the payment has not been confirmed, the order will be automatically canceled.

Payment through PayPal.This payment method carries a extra cost of 2.9% to the total amount of your purchase.

Installation and Compatibility

Our equipment is delivered with the operating system selected by the customer in the purchase process. Windows 11 Pro installation or compatibility for a macOS Monterey installation, in which a pendrive is included for free with the system installation without any modification. The customer will be solely responsible for the installation of the system once the equipment has been received, following some simple instructions provided by Dualbix.

Will the system come installed?

The computers support both systems, Windows 11 and macOS, the first of these will come installed and ready to go. In the case of macOS, the computer will come prepared to run macOS but it will not come installed. A pendrive is included with the necessary files to carry out the installation and some very simple instructions so that you can install it easily. Emphasize that the process is very easy for any type of user, it consists of clicking Next and Install. On the other hand, this pendrive and the instructions have a double functionality, at any time following the same instructions you can use them to reinstall the macOS system and leave the computer with a clean system.

Can I have Windows 11 and macOS on the same hard drive?

There is the possibility of installing both Windows 11 and macOS on the same computer. For this, in the equipment configurator, in the System section, you must select “Both”. Keep in mind that the Capacity of the team will be divided in two, 50% of the storage will go to Windows and the remaining 50% will go to macOS. In case you want to divide it in some other way, please specify it in “Notes” when ordering.

Could you install a version prior to Monterey?

The three Dualbix computers, SE, Nano and Pro can accept macOS Catalina as a minimum version. Older versions of macOS do not support 10th generation Intel processors. If you want to receive your device with the macOS Catalina or Big Sur pendrive instead of Monterey, you can leave it written in “Notes” when placing your order.

System Updates

Devices come prepared to support the cleanest possible installation of macOS for minimal errors when updating from the App Store like a genuine Mac. Still, we cannot predict the future changes that Apple is going to make to your system and sometimes modifications to the bootloader are required. We suggest that you contact our technical service in case you need to update the equipment configuration.

Discount coupons

Discount coupons can only be used one per order and per shopping cart.
Coupons are not refundable for cash.
Certain discount coupons are only valid for a certain category of products.


The price of our articles and services is the one indicated at all times on our website.

If it is detected that there has been an error in the introduction of the price of a product or service, or in its description, after receiving an order, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the incident , and offer you the option of cancellation or maintenance in the correct conditions. The automatic confirmation submission does not validate erroneous pricing conditions. In case of cancellation, any amount that had been paid will be reimbursed. All the products offered are original brand products, with a factory warranty certificate and in principle without any defect. All have a 2-year factory warranty , which begins operating from the time of purchase. In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, it will be decided to repair, replace the item, discount or return, in the legally established terms. The guarantee will lose its value if any of the data on it or on the proof of purchase is modified, altered or replaced. The guarantees do not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, use or improper manipulation, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use.

Products can be returned and refunded as long as the return claim is made within a period of 14 calendar days and that comply with any of the following reasons that we detail:
